At MUSIXFLY Music Entertainment, we value our artists and strive to provide transparent policies regarding subscriptions and refunds. Please review our updated policy below:

Yearly Subscription Policy

Important: Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period. By purchasing a yearly plan, you acknowledge that you will not receive a refund if you cancel after this period, regardless of usage.

Cancellation During Cooling-off Period. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellation After Cooling-off Period. After 14 days, yearly subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the yearly term, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused portions. 

Note: Even if you don't use the service during your subscription period, no refunds will be provided after the 14-day cooling-off period.

Steps to Apply For Refund:. For eligible refunds (within 14 days of yearly subscription purchase), please contact support@musixfly.com with the subject "Refund Request - [Your Name]". In your request, provide your transaction ID or payment proof, the reason for your request, and the date of purchase. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
